Platemaking is necessary for the first customized printing. The plate material is an electronic engraving steel cylindrical plate. You need to confirm the design before platemaking. Once it is made, it will not be reversed or modified. If you need to modify it, you have to bear additional costs. Each color in the pattern will be made into individual plateing, which can be reused many times.

Due to the inevitable certain waste products in the bulk production, the final quantity of bags from bulk production may not be the exact quantity of the order, it may be more or less (Generally, it is not more or less than 10% of the total). The final payment and settlement of the order shall be subject to the actual quantity of bags produced and shipped shall prevail.Confirmation of the order shall  be deemed to be your agreement to this terms and conditions.

There may be a small amount of dimension error during the industrial production process. The thickness error is within +15%, while the length and width error within +0.5cm, which should be acceptable. Small quantity of such products may not be returned or exchanged. In addition, orders with wording "almost, slightly, and probably usable" are not acceptable. Actual samples or accurate size specifications are required when order is place. After the specification is confirmed, we shall not accept the return or exchange of goods based on subjective factors such as "difference in size comparing to the imagined size"

The width and thickness of the roll film must be noted when order for the roll film is placed, otherwise the delivery will not be made; Due to the error in the production process of different sizes of roll film and the weight difference of paper tube, the net weight of the product will have a positive and negative deviation of+10%, and a small amount of positive and negative deviation will not be accepted for return or replacement. If the positive and negative deviation is too large (more than 10%), pls contact customer service to compensate for the difference.
